Sukshma Vyayama, Asanas and Pranayama

In this one class, Vipul will guide you through sukhsma vyayama practices for the hands, legs, and neck, and some simple asanas. Following practices, you will learn fundamental breathing and bandha practices from Hatha Yoga, including: 

1. Breathing Exercises with four Mudras which helps to use our particular section of our lungs
2. A simple type of Bhastrika for all students, and a second one only for healthy students (Free from Heart disease, high blood pressure, and severe back pain). This practice includes doing 3 Bandhas with inhalation retention.
3. The following practices: surya bhedana pranayama, kapalbhat, agnisar, bahya pranaya, maha bandha, UjjayiPranayama, anulom vilom, bhramarii, and Udgith (Om Chanting with meditation).
