The Mysore practice is an individualized and progressive approach to yoga aimed at helping you build a regular routine. Our instructors will guide you through the foundational postures that will form the basis of your practice.
Ashtanga Yoga consists of several sequences of postures that are taught in an incremental manner, based on your present physical condition and abilities. As you move through the various postures and sequences, your practice will advance, and you will progress at your own pace.
This structured and dynamic approach to practicing yoga involves repetition, which helps you internalize the sequences and incorporate aspects of awareness and breath.
This practice can be enhanced by incorporating Yoga Sangraha classes which include slower, more intentional elements to balance and complement the dynamic aspects of your routine
