Yoga Sangraha

This class combines a gentle and intentional flow of asanas inspired by the Yoga Sangraha sequence wherein each movement is seamlessly guided by the rhythm of our breath, emphasizing on cultivating a sense of presence and awareness. The seventy five minutes class begins with seated pranayama and kriya techniques carefully curated to expand breath capacity and balance the body's energy.  It then transitions into variations of Sun Salutations and contemporary strengthening asanas, cultivating both strength and serenity. You’ll leave feeling grounded, calm, and revitalized.
