Sonic Sangraha

This class combines a gentle and intentional flow of asanas inspired by the Ashtanga primary series wherein each movement is seamlessly guided by the rhythm of our breath, emphasizing on cultivating a sense of presence and awareness. The hour-long class begins with seated pranayama and kriya techniques carefully curated to expand breath capacity and balance the body's energy.
