It’s often said that life is a teacher, and we are all in school. But where do we learn the tools to get by in the school of life? We def didn’t learn those tools in high school. In this class, we teach you the basic practices you need to maximize your energy, focus, and calm, in the hectic school of life. It’s a one hour class, and you will do some simple and stabilizing yoga postures (nothing exerting) and several breathing practices that will ground and balance your nervous system. Excellent for all levels, and perfect for a breathing break in the afternoon, or to start your day.
